This Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the Data Subject through the web portal (hereinafter referred to as the “Portal”) that MARKTEL Global Services S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “MARKTEL”) makes available to Internet users. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use, which can be accessed at all times from the Portal.

The Data Subject guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and updated, being liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a consequence of breaching such obligation. If the data provided belong to a third party, the Data Subject guarantees that they have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and that they have obtained the authorization from said third party to provide such data to MARKTEL for the specified purposes.

The Portal may offer content-sharing features through third-party applications, such as Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. These applications may collect and process information on the user’s browsing habits on the different websites. Any personal data collected by means of these applications may be used by third-party users of said applications, and their interactions are subject to the privacy policies of the companies providing the applications.

In terms of technical security and system diagnosis, MARKTEL may register the IP address (Internet access identification number, which allows devices, systems and servers to recognize one another and to communicate with each other) anonymously or in an aggregate form.
